Join us for a four day luxury, gastronomical Latin and Afro Dance event. Your stay will include accommodation in the stunning château in en-suite bedrooms with sea or mountain views. Set in the beautiful French Côte d’Azur countryside, minutes from the sea, dances taught include Salsa, Kizomba, Semba, Bachata, Cuban Salsa, ChaCha, Merengue, Regaetton, AfroBeat.


Three nights', all-inclusive, luxury château accommodation in en-suite rooms with sea or mountain views
Gourmet cuisine, three course dinners with excellent wines
Champagne reception and evening cocktails by the pool
Six hours of daily fitness and dance classes outside or in safely ventilated rooms
Themed latin dance parties in the evening
Daily stretching, fitness sessions, latino aerobics, boxercise and tennis workshop
Transfers from Nice Airport

Fitness sessions are also included to enhance dancing ability, strength, stamina and fast feet; boxercise, latino aerobics, tennis workshop, swiss ball core, heated pool, daily stretching.

The team includes Laith Sami [twice European salsa champion], Christian Jean-Francois [Lukas Winner Best Kizomba teacher], John 'Let’s Salsa' Hylton, Simon and Becky Mascarenhas, Tym Fuego, and Big Bad Dave and James Rose for fitness and tennis.

All dancing abilities catered for from beginners to advanced dancers in small and focused classes.

Just wanted to say, thank you so much for making the Body Tonic such a special holiday. The Château is sublime – absolutely gorgeous! It is a testament to all the love , attention to detail and hard work you must have put into getting the chateau into the 5-star palace it is now.
